Premium Financing Goes Online
How would you like to be able to make premium finance payments on our web site? What about at the ability to look at account history and payment status?
GRI's Premium Financing Department is excited to announce an upgrade to our Premium Financing software. The upgrade now allows agents to research individual accounts, view payment history, and run reports to analyze Premium Financing accounts placed from their office. The site upgrade also allows agents or insureds to make payments, by check, online.
"This is an exciting improvement, for both our agents and insureds. For agents, this gives them the ability to look up accounts and provide instant information to their insureds. It also provides insureds the ability to pay, by check, and have their payment posted within 24 hours," said Stacey Nading, GRI Premium Financing coordinator.
The Premium Financing web site is accessible from the Graham-Rogers, Inc, web site home page, www.graham-rogers.com. Click on Premium Financing to access the new site.
Agents will use their GRI agent code and 10-digit telephone number as their password. Insureds can access the site by using their account code number (located on the payment coupon) and the password of 000-000-0000.
"The new website enables the agents to access the Premium Finance agreement, complete it and print it, so the insured can sign the agreement immediately," said Nading. "The upgrade also enables the agent to change the down payment to 30%, when applicable."
